After more than one year of development, new versions of the popular instant messenger were officially released on Wednesday, August 25, 2010.

Update: The download links are no longer valid, please refer to this page.

The new version has a number of new features and improvements, especially for users of the Windows 7 operating system, a completely new designed icon theme with support for large icons and many improvements to the standard protocols that come with Miranda. Support for unicode status messages and unicode file names in file transfers are among them, but there is a lot more.

Miranda 0.9 can be downloaded from the official site.

TabSRMM 3.0

To complement the release of Miranda 0.9, new versions of my advanced messaging plugins are also available for download. They have various new features and enhancements compared to TabSRMM 2. You can read about here on the blog or browse the documentation on the Wiki. Downloads are available from the official Miranda addons site for both the 32bit UNICODE and 64bit UNICODE release.

The ANSI version has been discontinued and is no longer available. Support for Windows 9x has been dropped, so there is no longer a need for providing an ANSI build.

Actual version of TabSRMM ((32bit, Unicode) 3.0.2) don't work with Miranda 0.9.5.

Miranda can't find or recognize this plugin...

He isn't right and neither are you. Read again - download the plugin pack and everything will work as it should.

Can't seem to find TabSRMM 3.0 in any of the links posted on this page. Am I doing something wrong??

plus, since miranda autoupdated to 0.96 I am getting the following message with my existing message of TabSRMM "tabSRMM warning the icon pack is either missing or too old"

    Hi there,

I encounter the same problems as greg. None of the given links provides me with a file of tabSRMM3 and since i just updated miranda to 0.9.6 it cannot load my existing tabSRMM.

Just forgot to post that in order to get miranda 0.96 to work I am using tabsrmm_mod.dll instead of the original tabsrmm until I find tabsrmm 3.0. It still gives me the error message but otherwise Miranda is fully functional like before.

    What about READING?

TabSRMM 3 works perfectly in Miranda 0.9 when using the right version which is available from the Miranda download page in the plugins pack.

Using tabsrmm_mod is a very bad idea. It's old, outdated and incompatible with Miranda 0.9. You'll run into big troubles, promised.

Honestly, does anyone care to *read* before posting?

Of course I read the comments and of course I would prefer to use TabSRMM 3 but I haven't found a valid download link anywhere. Neither in the Miranda download page nor on the Miranda plugins page. The links here take you to a page that just says "Error encountered

    File does not exist"

And what about clicking on the link that says "Downloads" on this blog?

It will tell you where to download the plugin. I thought that was obvious enough...

You DO realize that the blog post you are commenting on is almost 2 months old and there have been 6 releases of Miranda 0.9 since it was created?
